How to Book Your Travel Vaccinations

Step 1: Tell us where you’re going and what you’re doing

✔ Follow the link to complete our pre-travel questionnaire — complete this for each traveller before your call for a tailored consultation.

Step 2: Book Your Travel Health telephone consultation

✔ Book a telephone consultation online.

✔ We will discuss vaccine requirements, agree a plan and book in your vaccination appointments.

✔ If scheduling requires flexibility, we’ll forward your vaccine plan to our admin team, who will coordinate with you or your nominated assistant/secretary.

Step 3: Vaccination appointment and certification

✔ Our experienced team will vaccinate you in clinic or at home if you prefer.

✔ Once your vaccination schedule is complete, we provide a certificate for your records.

✔ We can also share your vaccination details with your NHS GP for inclusion in your medical records.
