How to Book Your Travel Vaccinations

Step 1: Book a Travel Clinic Telephone Consultation

✔ Book your travel health consultation online.

✔ Your confirmation email includes a link to a pre-travel questionnaire — complete this for each traveller before your call for a tailored consultation.

✔ During the call, we will discuss your destination, itinerary, and health risks to determine your vaccine and medication requirements.

Step 2: Book Your Vaccination Appointments

✔ We can book your vaccinations immediately during your consultation.

✔ If scheduling requires flexibility, we’ll forward your vaccine plan to our admin team, who will coordinate with you or your nominated assistant/secretary.

Step 3: Receive Your Travel Health Certification

✔ Once your vaccination schedule is complete, we provide a certificate for your records.

✔ We can also share your vaccination details with your NHS GP for inclusion in your medical records.
